Andrographolide suppresses DU145 xenograft growth in nude mice. Male nude mice were injected subcutaneously with 1 × 106 cells/flank of DU145 cells. The mice were randomly divided into 2 groups with 10 mice each. One group received vehicle only as a control; another group received andrographolide (4 mg/kg of body weight). The treatment (intraperitoneal injection) was performed every other day starting 3 days post–cell inoculation for 8 weeks. (A) Average tumor volume from day 0 to day 56.
