Ectopic recombination. An alignment of all unique haplotypes was used to detect significant fragments of complete identity in GENECONV, on the basis of the method of Sawyer (1989). The percentage of pairwise comparisons between paralogs that show evidence of gene conversion is shaded in the upper right.
