Two- to 3-month-old male WT B6 and Cyp2a5-null mice were fasted overnight before a single injection of APAP (400 mg/kg i.p.) in saline or of saline alone. Tissues were dissected from individual mice at 2 h after APAP injection. The values shown represent means ± S.D.
