Components and data flow in UNiquant. Five major components are involved in this data processing pipeline: deisotoping of raw data, mass error calibration, database search, peptide intensity measurement, and summary of quantitation results. The programs used to accomplish these tasks are DeconMSn, DtaRefinery, Mascot and UNiquant, respectively.
