Methylation status of DSC3 DNA in CRC cell lines. (A) Methylation status of DSC3 DNA was detected by MSP in eight CRC cell lines. The DSC3 promoter region was unmethylated in the DSC3-positive cell line Caco-2 as well as in two DSC3-negative cell lines SW480 and CX-2, while in the other five DSC3-negative cell lines, the promoter of DSC3 was methylated.
