Descriptions are with mean ± SD, median ± inter-quartile range or count (percent). Comparisons of baseline values among groups (first column) are made using the Kruskal-Wallis test or Fisher exact test; comparison between pre- and post-auto-SCT value per variable are made using the Wilcoxon signed-rank paired sum test
