TnpA-11 (arrow with gray squares) from A. punctata 1 to 4 shares 83% amino acid sequence identity with the sequence of transposase_11 from A. punctata (GenBank accession no. YP_067863). Av9_1 and Av9_2 from A. veronii 9 are proteins of unknown function.
