Cultures of T. kodakarensis KUW1, OSC1, and OSO1 were separated into culture supernatant (SUP) and soluble (CFS) and membrane (CFM) fractions of the cell extracts as described in the text and subjected to SDS-PAGE. Each lane contained proteins obtained from an equivalent volume (100 μl) of culture. Bands specific to strains OSC1 and OSO1 are indicated by arrows.
