Exfoliative activity with in vivo injection of S. aureus purified exfoliative toxin into neonatal mice. Two-day-old ICR neonatal mice (10 mice/group) were subcutaneously injected in the back with 100 μl PBS containing various concentrations of ETA (A) or ETB (B).
