Interaction of ScaC with fibronectin. Direct interaction of ScaC with fibronectin was assessed by a GST pulldown assay incorporating purified GST fusion proteins and fibronectin. After GST pulldown using glutathione Sepharose beads, the interacting proteins were analyzed by immunoblotting using an antifibronectin (α-FN) antibody.
