(A) HeLa cells were transfected with either MIR1 (left panel) or MIR2 (right panel) fused to enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) or with EGFP alone. Cells were either treated with 100 μM 2-bromohexadecanoic acid (2-Br) or with vehicle alone, stained with phycoerythrin (PE)-conjugated antibody against MHC-I (w6/32), and analyzed by flow cytometry.
