HIV/EBOV-GP and HIV/VSV-G were generated by transfection of 293T cells with pNL4.3.Luc.R-E- as the HIV-l expression vector and with EBOV-GP or VSV-G, respectively.

A total of 1,089 primary hits inhibited HIV/VSV-G by more than 90% at 25 μM, whereas the RLU values of the controls varied by ≤50%.
