Rapid behavioral actions of ketamine in the CUS model require mTOR signaling. On day 21, rapamycin (0.2 nmol, ICV) or DMSO was infused 30 min before ketamine (10 mg/kg, i.p.) or vehicle treatment. The SPT was conducted 1 day (A) and the NSFT 2 days after drug administration. Pre-treatment with rapamycin completely abolished the behavioral actions of ketamine in both SPT (A) and NSFT (B).
