Effects of total ExoR protein reduction on exoR expression in wild-type Rm1021(pP_exoRgfp) (a) and in the exoR95(pP_exoRgfp) mutant background (b) with or without IPTG induction. exoR expression was monitored using a fusion of the exoR promoter and gfp, expressed from plasmid pP_exoRgfp (pHC514).
