(D) A GFP-mRFP particle (arrow, from the video shown in Figure 5B, particle 2) moving away from the nucleus and ending at the periphery of the cell. Last panel shows 23 frames from a time-lapse sequence captured at 3-sec intervals (selected from a total of 141 frames of a 420 sec video) superimposed to demonstrate the pathway. The particle moves back and forth and along multiple tracks, and changes its shape during the movement. Circles indicate stationary GFP particles lacking APP-mRFP. See Movie S4.
