Three-dimensional landscape projection of m/z features which distinguish individuals. Statistical Analysis of Microarrys (SAM) using False Discovery Rate (FDR) of 0.1% was applied to the spectra of 4 individuals to determine feature that differ significantly between individuals. Results showed that 770 features with unique m/z were significantly different between individuals. Projections of these 770 features reveal unique individual metabolic landscapes of the individuals.
