BALB/c mice bearing subcutaneous CT26 tumors were administered ¹²⁵I-labeled SSLs plus C. novyi-NT spores or TNF-α by tail vein injection. For biodistribution (A), mice were sacrificed 48 hours later and percent injected dose per gram of tissue (ID%/g) was determined. Means and s.d. are shown. For imaging analysis (B), SPECT/CT images were taken at the indicated time points after the injections. Tumor (Tu), bladder (Bl) and spleen (Sp) are indicated.
