Phylogenetic group I.1 comprises ST-7 through ST-12 and also ST-15 (all serotype 1/2a), as well as ST-13 (serotype 3a). Phylogenetic group 1.2 comprises ST-16. Phylogenetic group III comprises ST-17 and ST-18.
