Apoptosis of LPS-stimulated CD11b+ cells is not significantly affected by human d7EB cells. CD11b+ cells were directly co-cultured with human d7EB cells at a ratio of 5:1 and stimulated with LPS, 1 μg/ml, for 12 hours. Controls were CD11b+ cells not co-cultured with d7EB cells but stimulated with LPS at the same dosage. Annexin V expression was measured using flow cytometry gated in CD11b+ cells.
