Clonal chromosomal translocations in lymphoid tumors from p53-deficient, RAG-2(T490A) mutant mice. For each tumor the genotype of origin, lineage and cell surface phenotype are given. The number of metaphase nuclei examined is followed by the chromosome number. If ploidy varied among nuclei from the same tumor, a range is given, followed by the modal chromosome number (in parentheses). Each chromosomal aberration detected is defined, together with the frequency with which it was observed among metaphase nuclei. t, translocation; (reciprocal), reciprocal translocation. Rb, Robertsonian; dic, dicentric; N.D., none detected. A translocation is defined as clonal if present in ≥ 75% of metaphase nuclei examined.
