Role of Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) in inflammation in the liver during cholestasis. C3H/HeJ (TLR4 mutant) and C3Heb/FeJ (TLR4 wild-type) mice were subjected to bile duct ligation (BDL) or sham operation.
