Analysis of the antitumor effect of CIM in athymic nude (nu/nu) mice. (A) At day 10, the tumor volume in nude mice was 847.4 ± 180.2 mm³. CIM (0.1-1-10 µk/kg) administration did not affect tumor growth in Nu mice compared with PBS. TNF-α (B) and IFN-γ (C) levels measured in the tissue homogenates harvested from PBS and CIM-treated Nu mice were extremely low. ns indicates not significant.
