To determine the binding of ^99mTc-rCR2 to C3d, C3d antigen was coated on ELISA plates at increasing two fold concentrations. The ELISA wells were then incubated with rCR2. The supernatant was removed and after washing the individual ELISA wells were gamma counted. The saturation binding data was analysed using a non linear regression model assuming a one site specific binding using the equation Y = B_max*X/(K_d+X). Error bars represent the standard error of the mean of the triplicate.
