Overall cellular elastic modulus distribution functions for MC3T3-E1 cells in the presence (dashed line) or absence (solid line) of MβCD (10 mM) were plotted using data from 3 experiments for each treatment. The distribution of cell elastic modulus in the presence of MβCD is shifted toward the higher values of the modulus relative to that in the absence of MβCD.
