Endothelial cells express CD31 and have primary cilia. Cultured wild-type (top), Pkd1null/null (middle), and Tg737orpk/orpk (bottom) cells were stained for the endothelial marker CD31 (green), the ciliary marker acetylated α-tubulin (α-tub; red), and the nuclear marker DAPI (blue).
