Each data point shows the calculated Strehl ratio after a number of lower order aberrations are corrected. For example, the number 5 means that second, third, fourth and fifth order aberrations (or all aberration modes shown in Fig. 4) are corrected. Dashed line represents a Strehl ratio of 0.8, above which imaging is considered to be diffraction-limited.
