A) 786-O cells were treated with 0.01 μmol/L CA for 24 h and were then stained with an antibody targeting the C-terminus of p115 (golden). Nuclei were stained with DAPI. Note the accumulation of p115 immunoreactive material in the nuclei after CA treatment.
