KSR1 Competes with C-Raf for Inhibitor-induced Binding to B-Raf
(A–C) Cycling KSR−/− MEFs and those expressing the indicated KSR1 proteins were treated with L779450 (L), SB590885 (SB), Sorafenib (Soraf) or PLX4720 (P) (10 μM for 1 hr). Pyo-KSR1 or endogenous C-Raf complexes were isolated and examined for endogenous B-Raf. Lysates were analyzed for pERK and tubulin (loading control) levels.
