Enhanced CD8+ spleen-derived T-cell production in mice immunized with PPAA-based vaccines. C57Bl/6 mice were vaccinated with PBS, Ova, PMAA-ova, PPAA-Ova, and PPAA-Ova/PDMAEMA (100 μg ova per mouse). 7 days later spleens were collected and splenocytes were stained with FITC-anti-CD8 and PE-MHC-1/SIINFEKL tetramers. Flow cytometric evaluation showed a significantly enhanced anti-ovalbumin MHC-1 driven CD8+ T-cell response induced by the PPAA-Ova soluble and PPAA-Ova/PDMAEMA particulate vaccines. Data are presented as mean ± SEM. n=4 per group, and * indicates significantly different from PBS, Ova, PMAA-Ova.
