Upper panels in both A and B show a Western blot probed with α-CEA T84.66 while the lower panels were treated with anti-β-actin antibody. The percentage of downregulation is indicated below each panel and calculated by comparing CEA downregulation to β-Actin and normalizing to the scrambled control.
