B16F-10 cells (5 × 103 cells) were cultured in the presence of harmine for 48 hours, and level of pro-inflammatory cytokines in the culture supernatant was estimated. Values are expressed as mean ± SD. Statistical analysis was performed with ANOVA, followed by Dunnet's test using GraphPad Instat software.
