CFD Simulation of Coanda effect at different annular gap for a pressure of 30 PSIG. At 50 μm, the air jet coming from the plenum pressure curves around the Coanda surface creating a Venturi effect in the air amplifier. At 70μm gap, the jet no longer stays attached to the curved surface and Coanda effect is lost.
