We performed invasion assays on MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells to test the Hsp90α inhibiting compound 17AAG, the Hsp70 inhibiting compound Methylene Blue and the pan-MMP inhibitor Batimastat in a Chemotex invasion assay. We treated cells with 10 µg/ml 17AAG, 30 µg/ml water (vehicle), 30 µg/ml Methylene Blue or 40 nM Batimastat as indicated in the figure. Experiments were repeated three times.
