Relative levels of H3K4me3 (A), H3K9/14ac (B), H3K27ac (C), and H3K27me3 (D) at the phyA locus. Two-week-old Arabidopsis plants were grown under long-day conditions (16 h of L/8 h of D). Plants at the end of a L period were incubated in the D for 24 h (D) and then treated with white light for 24 h (L).
