The black triangle represents rs10757278, previously reported by Helgadottir et al 20075; the orange triangle represents rs1412831, the only SNP with correlation >0.7 as shown in Table 3 with rs3217989. Location of CDKN2A, CDKN2B, and the large noncoding RNA ANRIL are depicted in the green and red lines, respectively. The lower portion of the figure shows the LD structure in this region, presenting strength of D′ ranging from high (red) to low (white).
