Raji cells (A) and PHB cells (B) were treated with HCV E2 protein or HCVcc, and the expressions of CD80, CD86, CD21 and CD81 were measured using a FACS-based assay. The mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) relative to untreated cells was calculated. Results are the means + standard deviations of three independent experiments. Asterisk, p<0.001.
