All cells were filmed at 25°C as described in Materials and methods. Mean (standard deviation) elongation rates (µm/min) were calculated using a slope function to fit a linear regression line through each phase. Strains compared with wild type (WT) that were considered statistically significantly at P = 0.05 are shown in bold.
