Linear regression adjusting for age, sex, and European ancestry was performed for 65 SNPs assuming an additive model for nine quantitative ECG traits (for QRS duration only patients with <120 msec were included, n= 2,878). Fifteen significant SNPs that met our significance threshold were associated with at least one ECG trait and are listed above. In bold are significant associations at p< 1.0×10−4.
