Time-lapse images were taken every 10 minutes for 3 hours. (B) Image analysis with research imaging software demonstrated that the rate of wound healing increased significantly when PTEN was inhibited. (C) The rate of wound healing was analyzed within the first hour (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60 minutes) after bpv treatment.
