Recruitment of monocytes from the choroid and neural retina after BCL. (A) Increased number of monocytes are detected in the retina and choroid between 12 and 24 hours of exposure; monocytes continued to accumulate in the retina and choroid after exposure, reaching a peak at 3 days (P < 0.001, one-way ANOVA).
