In (A) chromosome 11 from tumor GOS 100 shows a gain of the short arm, which is accompanied by LOH for the distal half of the chromosome arm. LOH is also seen (relative to the AA and BB genotypes) for the long arm which shows a small interstitial region of amplification. In (B) interstitial loss on 11q coincides with LOH.
