During lens regeneration, most proteins (lens proteins and some auxiliary regulatory factors) were gradually increasing with the further development of lens regeneration. When some proteins have not been shown in gels or expressed, especially in the early development of regeneration, their quantity could be denoted as “0” in our experiments. “+” represents that proteins have begun to be expressed.
