Effect of CpG ODN on wound re-epithelialization.

a) Six mm excisional biopsies were taken from BALB/c mice as described in Fig 2. On each animal, one site was treated with BME alone while the other was treated with BME formulated with 50 :g of CpG ODN. Mean + SE of the total re-epithelialized area was measured on days 2 and 4. Results reflect the mean + SE of 6 independent samples/group.
