Lane 2 shows a heat inactivation control for ARH amplification. (B) qRT-PCR was performed using one set of primers specific for canine ARH, Rab8, or μ1B. Transcript levels from at least three independent experiments done in triplicate were plotted in relation to a GAPDH control. Error bars indicate SD.
