GFP was examined in uninucleate microspores ([b] and [d]), bicellular pollen ([f] and [h]), and tricellular pollen ([j] and [l]). CYCB1;1-GFP in apc8-1 was detected weakly in generative cell nuclei (arrow) of bicellular pollen (i) and obviously accumulated in both the vegetative nucleus (arrowhead) and sperm cell nuclei (arrow) of tricellular pollen (l).
