Covalently linked DHEA-7-O-(carboxymethyl) oxime (DHEA-7-CMO) to polyethylene glycol amino resin (NovaPEG amino resin) was incubated with recombinant TrkA and p75^NTR proteins (A) or with cell extracts isolated from HEK293^TrkA HEK293^p75NTR transfectants (B), PC12 cells, and whole rat brain (C). Precipitation experiments (panels marked with A show Western blot analysis of precipitates while panels marked with B show Western blot analysis of total lysates) with specific antibodies against TrkA and p75^NTR proteins were performed as described in Materials and Methods.
