The intensity of immunostaining was scored as follows: (−ve), no detectable immunostaining or basal immunostaining in <10% cells; (+), mild immunostaining in 10–30% cells; (++), moderate immunostaining in 30–50% cells and (+++), intense immunostaining in >50% of the cells showing cytoplasmic staining.

Shaded portion represents staining pattern in non-cancer specimens.
