Immunohistochemical detection of GPI8 expression in matched normal and tumor samples from bladder, colon and liver cancer at different histological grades. I, well-differentiated carcinoma; II, moderately differentiated carcinoma; III, poorly differentiated carcinoma. Significant loss of GPI8 expression was observed (P<0.001) in the tumor compared to the corresponding normal tissue.
