A fibrin clot was double stained with an anti-DP rabbit antibody (A) and anti-Fn mouse antibody (B), an anti-DP rabbit antibody (D), and an anti-fibrinogen mouse antibody (E). These antibodies were detected by a rhodamine-labeled anti-rabbit antibody and an FITC-labeled anti-mouse antibody, respectively. In the insets in A, B, D, and E, the primary antibodies were replaced with either preimmune serum or IgG, followed by incubation with the secondary antibodies.
