Serial dilutions of exponentially growing cells were spotted onto YPD plates containing the appropriate stress at the following concentrations and examined after 48 h: H₂O₂ (5 mM), NaCl (1 M), Calcofluor White (20 µg ml⁻¹), Congo Red (100 µg ml⁻¹), tunicamycin (4.73 mM), caspofungin (0.064 µg ml⁻¹) and thermal stress (37°C and 42°C).
